We're looking to interview and celebrate some of the lesser known restaurants/eateries in Toronto. We're curious about who's making our food, and what the stories are behind them. That is not however, our only criteria. 

  • The food must be good
  • They must be new Canadians, immigrants or have a transnational legacy
  • They have to be smaller restaurants with no investors/corporations backing them or any prior commercial/critical successes
  • They are preferably outside of the downtown core
